Date syrup is a perfect replacement for your refined sugars. You can use it in your baking, homemade milk and even in your hot drinks.
Ingredients
- 100g of dates (I prefer Medjool)
- 185ml of water

- Blender
Method
- Add your dates and water to the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Store in the fridge in an airtight jar for up to 5 days.
